It will maintain the position of the first place in the world for heavy transmission production and sales for the third consecutive year.

In terms of technical services, in 2009, Fast had a total of 1,349 technical service stations, of which 365 were special service stations and 984 service stations were commissioned, which increased compared to 2008. At present, Fast's service system has formed a clear, well-planned and wide-ranging situation across the country. It has basically achieved a "no service corner" (in addition to remote areas, the service radius has been reduced to 50 kilometers), ensuring quick service. demand.

In terms of the specific development of the service network, in the past two years, Fast's technical service system has undergone new changes: First, through the operation of the main station service station and the network, it has absorbed a number of core service stations in the regional market and has an influence. The service station makes the service of heavy-duty vehicles for different brands more convenient. Second, it focuses on the development of a number of service stations for medium-tonnage trucks and low-speed vehicles. Third, it has developed a small number of bus service stations, but it is still difficult to meet the demand; The service for construction machinery is gradually specialized.

According to the sales headquarters of the Fast Company, the overall layout of the Fast Service Station is based on four major product categories: heavy-duty trucks, mid-tonnage and low-speed vehicles, construction machinery, and passenger cars. Scale advantages and technological transformation lay a solid foundation for sustainable development

Recalling several key tasks of Fast 2009: Early completion of the 2009 annual plan of 480,000 units and a target of 6.8 billion yuan; new product large center distance from the transmission, 12-speed, 16-speed products; Small 8-speed transmission has formed a large-scale output; recent, medium and long-term new product development progresses smoothly; this year's technical transformation project that has invested more than 1 billion yuan has achieved remarkable results - 33,000 square meters of new plant in Xi'an High-tech Plant was completed and put into production, Baoji Foundry The factory's aluminum alloy casting line and die-casting line were completed and put into production. “Prepared to take precautions, develop steadily, and do what it can.” Li Dakai, chairman of the Fast Group, said that the completion of the above work has laid a solid foundation for further development of Fast. In 2010, the company will focus on scientific improvement. In order to improve efficiency and reduce costs, lean production and lean management will be the main line of work throughout the year, while at the same time focusing on innovation, upgrading, upgrading and synchronization with the host plant.

In analyzing current advantages and disadvantages of Fast, Li Dakai believes that the large center distance, light weight, and multi-divided old products are continuously improving, and new products such as AMT, retarder, and AT are in continuous supply, and the technical transformation of equipment is basically completed. Forging and other infrastructure are in place, R&D center hardware and software are basically completed, the brand effect continues to increase, the scale of holdings is huge, the capital is sufficient, the cooperation with foreign parties is expanding, and the sales service network is huge and perfect. These are all Fast. The huge advantages that have been formed; and the current high cost, rapid reaction capability, weak international market influence, and the gap between product quality and the international advanced level, are the current problems and disadvantages that Fast has yet to solve.

“The opportunities and challenges of the new year coexist, and the advantages and disadvantages are equally prominent.” Li Dakai clearly pointed out that in 2010, changes in the domestic and international market situation will be exacerbated in three aspects. First, truck giants in various countries have changed their strategies to enter China, such as Beiqi Foton and Mercedes-Benz. Referring to the development goals of the new year, Li Dakai judged that in 2010 China's heavy-duty vehicle market capacity was 680,000 to 700,000 units. Fast's target plan was to sell 600,000 transmissions with sales revenue of 8 billion yuan.
