Lipofilling valve (high pressure grease injection valve): A kind of equipment that can be used to add grease to large machinery, petrochemical equipment, ball valves, flat gate valves, and wellhead equipment.
Filling valve composition layout
The usual components of the grease injection valve :
1, valve body. It is a two-headed assembly with external threads and a hex head in the middle. The upper thread is a standard metric thread or American thread, and the lower thread is a tapered NPT thread. The middle part of the upper end face has a circular hole with a conical surface, which is an oil injection hole. The middle part of the lower end surface has a circular hole covering the surface, which is the outlet of grease passing through the cavity of the device. The middle hex head is the wrench tightening area. The interior of the valve body is hollow and serves as a passage for writing grease.
2, valve parts. It is composed of a steel ball and a spring. During operation, the spring is placed on the steel ball by the spring. When the steel ball is not filled with grease, the effect of sealing is from inside to inside. The grease or gas inside the device does not leak out.
3, valve cover. A hexagonal, internally threaded cover. There is a tapered conical column in the middle of the upper part of the cap body, and a circular hole (oil injection hole) with a conical surface is used in the middle part of the upper end surface of the body of the conical column cooperative valve to achieve a second sealing effect. There are two small round holes in the upper part of the cover body, which happen to be symmetrical with the conical column in the cover body. These two holes can be used to loosen the valve cover when the normal protection is used.
