On the second day, after handing in 70,000 yuan to Xing Shulei again, the two parties signed an agreement on the purchase of houses. The reporter saw that the commission purchase agreement provided by Wang Pengwei agreed that Party B (Xing Shulei) would not be able to transfer the house to Wang Pengwei on November 30, 2011, and will refund the purchase deposit and security deposit paid by Wang Pengwei in full. .

At the end of November, Xing Shulei contacted Wang Pengwei again, saying that he had completed the mortgage-related procedures and the initial payment was 140,000 yuan. Since Wang Pengwei had previously paid 80,000 yuan, he still needed to pay 60,000 yuan more. On November 30th, Wang Pengwei handed over 60,000 yuan to Xing Shulei again. Xing Shulei issued a receipt for him. At this point, Wang Pengwei handed over 140,000 yuan to Xing Shulei.

A real estate agency company employee rolls out

“I don’t work long hours and I don’t earn much money. This 140,000 yuan is saved by my parents.” Wang Pengwei told reporters that even though the first payment of 140000 yuan has been paid, the house is not like him. It is expected to transfer to his name as soon as possible. In the process of handling house transfer procedures later, Xing Shulei always procrastinated on various pretexts.

On December 23 last year, Xing Shulei sent an "emergency notice" to Wang Pengwei in the name of Steel Transportation Real Estate Agency. The company will return all purchase money to Wang Pengwei in the same day. On January 5, Wang Pengwei, who was in a bad situation, reported to the police. Agency companies claim only 20% of economic losses
