It is understood that the study and manufacture of twisted tube double-shell heat exchangers are more efficient than traditional heat exchangers, and have the advantages of high heat transfer efficiency, compact structure, low flow resistance on the shell side, anti-fouling, and ability to overcome induced vibration, while using double shells. The process structure also realizes the pure counter-flow heat exchange inside and outside the tube, and is especially suitable for small temperature difference conditions and conditions where the temperature of the cold heat flow crosses. Since the flow direction of the shell-side fluid of the twisted-tube double-shell heat exchanger is parallel to the tube bundle, the induced vibration of the tube bundle caused by the transverse erosion is eliminated, and the useful life of the tube bundle is greatly extended, which has broad application prospects.
