Yihuatong's self-developed fuel cell After two years of research, the fuel cell stack independently developed by Yihuatong achieved low temperature start-up at -20 °C without the assistance of external heat source, and completed more than 200 low-temperature start-up durability tests. On this basis, Yihuatong further completed the design, development and vehicle loading experiments of the autonomous, modular and serialized fuel cell power system. The fourth-generation fuel cell power system developed by the company realizes low temperature start-up at -30 °C and low temperature storage at -40 °C, and all parameters meet and exceed the evaluation indicators. According to the project requirements, the system was equipped with 18,000 km of running tests on the bus and logistics models. By the end of 2018, Yihuatong's fourth-generation fuel cell power system has been completed with passenger cars, logistics vehicles, cars and other vehicles, and has delivered more than 100 batches. At the same time, it won the bid for the Zhangjiakou fuel cell bus project. Yutong, Futian and Shenlong will use the series of power systems for all well-known vehicle companies. In addition, Yihuatong also completed the development of air filters and conducted environmental tolerance tests to achieve physical and chemical composition filtration of air, effectively extending the life of fuel cell power systems. The expert group believes that the development of fuel cell stacks suitable for low temperature start-up has improved the reliability and durability of fuel cell stacks in China, and is of great significance for the large-scale promotion of fuel cell vehicles in the northern region; modular, serialized fuels The development of the battery system solves the key problems of reliability, cost and environmental adaptability encountered in the current industrialization of fuel cell vehicles, and helps to promote the research and development and industrialization of key components of the fuel cell vehicle industry chain and open up the industrial chain.
