XBD Multistage Booster Vertical Inline Increase Water Pressure Jockey Pump

Introduction:

XBD Fire Pipeline Centrifugal Water Jockey Pump , for the delivery of clean water without solid particles and physical and chemical properties similar to the use of liquid water. The flow range of the conveying liquid is 1.0-400 L / s, the pressure range is 0.1-1.6MPa, the power range is 0.75-250KW, the diameter range is 25-500 mm.

The pump is vertical structure, the same import and export caliber, and located in the same center line, can be installed in the pipeline just like valves, compact and beautiful appearance, small footprint, building investment is low, If you add a protective cover can be placed in outdoor use.

Installed directly on the extension of the motor shaft, impeller, short axial dimensions, compact structure, the pump and motor bearing reasonable configuration, can effectively balance the radial and axial load of pump operation, so as to ensure the smooth operation of the pump, small vibration, low noise.

Shaft seal by mechanical seal or mechanical seal combination, the use of imported titanium alloy seal ring, medium-sized high-temperature mechanical seal and the use of carbide materials, wear-resistant seal, can effectively extend the life of mechanical seals.

Easy installation and maintenance, without demolition of the pipeline system, as long as the unloading of the pump to do nuts can be taken out of all the rotor components.

According to the operating requirements is flow and head needs adapt series and parallel operation.
