Flange diameter should be greater than 200mm, such as the length of the flange pipe is greater than 100mm, it is required that the inner wall of the pipe is smooth, and the lower edge is smooth arc.

If the flange at the mounting position does not meet the requirements of the above technique, and the meter operation is unstable after the installation, the value of the liquid level jumps to a large value or is always a large value, which can be handled as follows:

Insert a plastic tube into the container at the flange opening until it reaches the bottom of the container. The plastic pipe shall be straight and smooth on the inner wall, and a hole shall be opened above and below it to ensure the same liquid level inside and outside the pipe. When flanged, the flanges prepared for the level gauge should be plastic. The best method is to specify the size of the mounting flange at the time of order, which is directly prepared by the manufacturer.

The surface of the probe of the level gauge probe should be perpendicular to the liquid surface or the material surface. When installing, align the target as much as possible.
