For the more popular flip-chip products in recent years, Director Zheng said that flip-chip should be a market development trend, and flip-chip products are products that meet the needs of market development. I think that the impact of flip-chip products on the LED lighting market is unpredictable, but I believe that the existence of packaging companies must have its existence. Our positioning is relatively clear, we are specialized in high-power packaging, core products include: 3-25W ordinary COB, 3-70W high-end COB, 3-30W ceramic COB, 3-9W integrated power supply COB, 5-400W High power integration and 1-3W single high power light source; mainly used in home lighting, commercial lighting, outdoor lighting and special lighting. Our corporate development philosophy believes that if you really want to do a good job in LED packaging, there are still a lot of technologies to break through. If you say that this is also done, then the advantages may not be so obvious and concentrated, and the distribution of human and material resources will be less concentrated. In fact, now we have the technical reserve of flip-chip technology, but in the future we will still push the power. The company attaches great importance to technology research and development. The company now has 19 utility model patents and 6 invention patents, and 3-5 patent applications are added each year. In addition, the company also cooperates with many universities, and we have annual research and development. With the overall recovery of the LED industry, the demand for LED packaging has increased rapidly in the first half of the year, but the price of LED packaging has dropped very fast, causing some enterprises to have the dilemma of increasing profits. Disordered price competition should be a common problem in this industry at present. At present, we must first do the amount of our main products. When the quantity is done, the price may also drop. Then we must also seek new profit points. That is to say, if there is a new product, Director Zheng said that at present we are positioning the core products in the COB series products, because COB products are also a development trend in the market to adapt to commercial lighting and indoor lighting. Some companies that mainly use COB are like traditional lighting companies that are transforming into LED lighting. They are taking channels. They have resources, brands, and channels. These companies will push LED products faster. In addition to flip-chip technology, 360 LED filaments are also a hot spot in the LED industry this year. In Huagao, 360-degree filaments are also classified in new product development. In our company, 360 LED LED filaments can be regarded as a conventional product of COB. This kind of filament production is mainly aimed at those traditional bulb manufacturers, and the amount they use is relatively large. Director Zheng said. At present, Huagao Optoelectronics mainly does the domestic market, but there are certain foreign orders. Huagao Optoelectronics has a clear customer base, one is the manufacturer of traditional distribution channels, the other is the branded enterprise, and the third is the customer of some market segments. This is the main three types of customers of Huagao Optoelectronics. In order to further support the marketing team's market development, all of Huagao's existing products have passed international certification standards such as CE, ROHS, FCC, CB, LM-80 testing, and the company strictly implements ISO9001:2008 quality management system and ISO14001:2004 environmental management system. . I think packaging manufacturers should maintain a good attitude and don't pay any price for customers. The price is a double-edged sword. If you are cheap, you may win some customers in the short term, but the price is limited. Your product quality may also be affected. Quality is the foundation of enterprise development. If we say that in order to compete for customers, at the expense of the fundamentals of the company's survival, it will not be worth the candle.
