However, another set of conditions has lowered the threshold. It only requires more than three years of auto import business and has continuous profitability in the last two years. In the previous financial year, the number of imported cars exceeded 70 million or the number of imported cars exceeded 150. .

"From the perspective of access conditions, Guangzhou is relatively flexible. The lower threshold is conducive to the entry of some trading companies mainly engaged in automobile imports. It can effectively develop the source of parallel imported cars and avoid the situation that some pilot cities have no cars to sell. "A market person in Guangzhou who operates imported cars said that this will attract companies other than traditional large-scale dealers to enter the market and increase the activity of the parallel imported car market.

It is understood that since the release of the "Notice", a number of large-scale dealers in Guangzhou have already filed declarations, and more than 50 car dealers of different sizes have conducted related business consultations. According to the planning of the Nansha Free Trade Zone, the number of parallel imported cars will reach 10,000 next year.

It also clearly states that the pilot enterprises must commit to the parallel import of automobiles within three months after the registration is completed. The analysis pointed out that the Nansha Free Trade Zone's move was to absorb the experience of the pilot cities of parallel imported cars. After some pilot enterprises applied for business, there was no relatively mature resources and the business could not be carried out.

In the parallel import vehicle pilot area, the pilot enterprises are required to implement the policies of quality assurance, after-sales service, automobile three-pack, and average fuel sales volume. Imported car market pattern change
