Halogen Moisture Analyzer Measurement Repeatability Poor

The reproducibility of the halogen moisture analyzer measurement is poor:

1. The sample is not uniform. For example, they have different ingredients. The more uneven the sample, the more samples are needed to obtain better reproducible results.

2. The selected drying time is too short. Extend the drying time or choose the appropriate off mode "weight loss per unit time".

3. The sample is not completely dry (eg due to surface crusts). Try mixing quartz sand for drying.

4. The selected temperature is too high or the sample is oxidized. Reduce the drying temperature.

5. The sample boils and continuously splashes from the moisture meter to change the temperature. Please clean the protective glass.

6. When the protective glass is eroded, the amount of heating cannot be fully utilized. Please clean the protective glass.

7. The temperature sensor is contaminated or damaged. Please clean the temperature sensor.

8. The console is not stable. Please use a stable console.

9. The external environment is unstable (vibration, etc.).
