The Russian government has introduced two policies that will play a positive role in promoting the development of the Russian machine tool industry: First, the government will invest 1 billion US dollars in the machine tool industry from 2011 to 2016, of which 750 million will be used for product development and 250 million will be used for Technological transformation to improve the production capabilities of Russia's existing machine tool industry. The goal is to develop 50 to 60 new products each year. For the new products developed, the same kind of machine tools will be imported within 3 years. From July 1, 2011, machine tools used for national defense and military production will be reviewed by the Machine Tool Association as long as there is production that does not allow imports. Second, within five years from 2011, the Russian government will invest 300 billion U.S. dollars for the construction of power facilities and nuclear power plants, mainly for the purchase of equipment. At the same time, Russia will invest 900 billion U.S. dollars in military equipment (machine tools, warships, etc.) in 10 years, of which 400 billion U.S. dollars will be used for technological transformation of basic equipment. It can be seen that the Russian machine tool industry will receive unprecedented support from the government and a huge Market pull. Undoubtedly, it will play an important role in the rise of the Russian machine tool industry, and it will also bring corresponding business opportunities to the global machine tool industry.

Through participation in the exhibition, the Machine Tool Association found that the status quo of the development of the Russian machine tool industry is not a small market opportunity for China's machine and CNC system companies. The association believes that China's machine tool industry should give full play to its advantages and take advantage of opportunities for the transformation and development of Eastern European countries, and actively seek technical cooperation, trade cooperation, financing, mergers and acquisitions, investment and construction, and other means to integrate into the Eastern European market as soon as possible.

2. Russia's small and medium-sized machine tools and tools companies are on the rise. There are a large number of middle and low-end CNC machine tools. The products of medium-to-high-end CNC machine tools are still in their infancy. The exhibits at the show are still products from Germany, Japan, and Switzerland. There is no dazzling display. Russian products.

4, Russia's CNC system is relatively backward, there is no independent brand of CNC system. There were no separate Russian CNC systems on display and no Russian CNC machine tools. The CNC machine tools on display are basically equipped with foreign systems such as FANUC and SIEMENS. According to the current situation of China's numerical control system, the middle and low-end CNC systems have entered the Russian market, and it is entirely possible to support the middle and low-end CNC machine tools.

5. From the exhibition, it can be seen that Russia’s advanced manufacturing technology and digital control industry lag far behind developed countries, and even worse than China’s current level. From the present situation of exhibitors and exhibits, the Russian machine tool industry is in a transitional period, and most of the company's products are undergoing a transition to digital control. When it comes to the level of CNC machine tools, they admit that there is a gap with the world's advanced level, and they are seeking technology and trade cooperation to catch up with the international advanced level.
