Section 1 Basic information for the preparation of the plan

To prepare a mining schedule, the following basic information is required _:

Annual yearly production and design (1) national requirements;

( 2 ) maps of mine development, transportation and ventilation systems;

( 3 ) Plan of each stage and longitudinal section of each ore body;

( 4 ) Industrial reserves of each stage and each nugget;

(5) the mining sequence of the ore body;

( 6) Construction schedule ( indicating the progress of the infrastructure project from the year of development of the mine to the time of designing the production capacity );

( The mining method map adopted by the 7- share plan ( including the mining column recovery method map ) and its main technical and economic indicators (the efficiency of the rock drill platform, the daily production capacity of the stope, etc. );

(8) Acquisition and recovery calculation data;

( 9 ) Well and return to the mine lane engineering : quantity;

(10) Loss rate and depletion rate of ore mining;

(11) If the mine is to be rebuilt or expanded, the mine's recent production schedule and current status map will be required.

 

Section 2 Principles for Preparing the Mining Progress Plan

The following principles should be considered when preparing a mining schedule _:

( 1 ) Meet the design output as early as possible to meet the needs of the national economy and market regulation. This should be based on the scale of the mine and the deposits of the ore body, and take measures ( such as small to large, phased construction and batch production, etc.), and arrange production in advance ;

( 2. Follow a reasonable mining sequence. For example, mining multiple layers of ore bodies or multiple ore bodies adjacent to each other should first produce the upper layer and then the lower layer _; when mining the lower or lower ore body, it cannot be destroyed. The transportation and ventilation system of the upper or upper ore body ; the order of mining between the mine and the pillar must also be arranged reasonably ; the pillar should be recovered in time;

( 3 ) Properly handle the problem of preferential mining of rich ore and rich and poor. Without damage rational mining sequence and does not affect the mining and transport ventilation system, the priority is to allow mining bonanza period, in order to provide additional metal for the country in the near future, creating the initial profit for the enterprise, give full play to investment results. If one of the above conditions is not met, the rich and the poor should be adhered to;

(4) Maintain the stability of production and quality of mining products. Multi-metal deposits and mines with a variety of useful minerals should be fully exploited and comprehensively utilized ; maintaining the annual output and quality of various products is relatively stable over a relatively long period of time, and the fluctuation range should generally meet the requirements of beneficiation and smelting. ;

( 5 ) The mining schedule should be adapted to the infrastructure schedule. In order to make the mine infrastructure and production well connected, there should be a reasonable forward relationship between mine development, production prospecting, mining and mining, and the retained third-level reserves can meet the needs of continuous and balanced production of mines;

( 6 ) The annual consumption of mining equipment, personnel and materials required should be balanced or substantially balanced;

( 7 ) Try to control the scope of the production line as much as possible. Under normal circumstances, the number of stages of simultaneous operation should not exceed 3~4 , and the number of stages of recovery should not exceed 1-2 , so that centralized management and improvement of working conditions can be achieved;

( 8 ) Maintain good ventilation conditions in the mine, and have smooth transportation, safety, sanitation and fire prevention facilities.
