   How electromagnetic flowmeters generate weak signals:
  
   1 , due to external vibration or a large magnetic field interference, in the absence of media flow, external vibration and other signals acting on the sensor, the introduction of " mis-flow " signal, when this signal is higher than the meter's measurement lower limit is also accumulated.
  
   2. A layer of insulator adheres to the surface of the electrode, which is disturbed by external interference or the milliampere signal sent out by the electrode shows zero drift during amplification and conversion, which causes the signal to deviate from the normal value, thus causing errors.
  
   3. When the pump starts, the liquid cuts the magnetic lines through the flowmeter and generates flow signals. These liquids are eventually used by subsequent links.
