This year, the Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone has re-arranged a total of 63 projects on the basis of the original plan. The annual planned investment is 30.42 billion yuan, and the investment for the next three years will be 100 billion yuan; the investment for the 12th Five-Year Plan period will be 250 billion yuan.
