Among them, the electrophoresis apparatus is an instrument for performing electrophoretic analysis, qualitative or quantitative analysis of different substances, or a certain mixture for component analysis or single component extraction and preparation. How to operate electrophoresis? What should I pay attention to?

The electrophoresis apparatus generally consists of a power source, an electrophoresis tank, a detection unit, and the like.

1. Connect the DC output terminal of the electrophoresis device and the two electrodes of the electrophoresis tank with wires. The polarity should be connected correctly.

2. Turn the power switch of the instrument to the off position, turn the voltage knob to the minimum value, and select the proper voltage stabilizing current mode and voltage and current range.

4. Turn on the power, adjust the voltage to the desired voltage using the voltage adjustment knob, set the electrophoresis termination time, and run the electrophoresis.

5. After the electrophoresis device enters the working state, it should not touch the electrified parts such as its electrodes and electrophoretic materials, and must not take things in the electrophoresis tank. If you need to pick and place items, you must first power off and then operate.

6. In order to avoid short circuit phenomenon, the output wire plug should not be added or removed after the instrument is powered on.

7. When using multiple slots, make sure that the total current does not exceed the rated current of the instrument and cannot overload.

8. Electrophoresis of different media supports should not be performed on the same electrophoresis apparatus at the same time.

9. If you want to check the electrophoresis input of the instrument, you should connect the load and turn it on again under steady state to avoid human damage.

10. If there is any abnormality during use, the power should be cut off immediately and the work should be stopped for maintenance.

11. When the instrument is working, turn the knob, switch to zero or off, and remove the electrophoresis plug.
