At the noon on August 21, Shanghai's bus auctions for private and private bus lines showed that the low bid price was 39,800 yuan, 1400 yuan more than the previous month of 38,400 yuan, or an increase of 3.6%; the average bid price for this month's license plate was 40,169 yuan, an increase of 807 yuan over the previous month 39,362 yuan, an increase of 2%.
