Transformer energy efficiency measurement and detection technology gains breakthrough to create conditions for establishing laboratory

[China Instrument Network Instrument R&D] On April 15th, the State Grid Corporation's scientific and technological project "Research on the Measurement of Motor and Transformer Energy Efficiency Measurement Method" led by the Chinese Academy of Electric Power passed the acceptance. The development of the project will provide the country with technical standards for the measurement and testing of energy efficiency of relevant electrical equipment and an advanced third-party testing platform.

In recent years, the country has continued to promote relevant policies for energy conservation and emission reduction, and carried out a series of measures such as inspections of motor energy efficiency measures, plans for improving energy efficiency of electric motors, and plans for improving energy efficiency of distribution transformers. Energy efficiency measurement testing is the precondition and technical basis for energy conservation, and provides assessment tools for energy efficiency. Before the project was launched, the energy efficiency measurement within the system was still blank.

The project carried out research on key technologies of energy efficiency metering and transformer energy efficiency measurement of electric motors, and proposed a method for measuring the energy efficiency of high-voltage motors based on the principle of load extrapolation and a method for energy efficiency measurement of transformers based on the principle of voltage and current difference. Based on this, the project developed a high-accuracy wide-band energy efficiency metering and inspection platform. The platform can accurately measure voltage and current signals, meet the specific requirements for measurement of electrical signal frequency and other parameters in the current motor and transformer energy efficiency metering test, and can be used for the overall test of energy efficiency metering of high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors and distribution transformers.

The research results of the project have created the basic conditions for the establishment of an energy efficiency measurement standard laboratory, which has provided a theoretical and practical basis for the subsequent energy efficiency metering of high-voltage motors and distribution transformers, and has provided powerful technologies for the energy efficiency evaluation of domestic high energy-consuming products. support.
