During normal operation, the temperature of the precipitator population is strictly controlled between 60 °C and 280 °C (the practice has proved that it does not affect the seed satin burning, does not increase energy consumption), and the fan outlet temperature is not lower than 65 °C. When the outlet temperature of the precipitator is lower than 65 °C and the time exceeds 1 h, the material should be stopped immediately and the normal feed should be resumed when the temperature of the precipitator population rises above 120 °C.
