Great Wall exports 300,000 vehicles in 2015

The reporter learned from Great Wall Motors on June 5 that Great Wall Motor’s overseas exports will hit 300,000 vehicles in 2015, and it is expected to account for 20% of the 2015 Great Wall’s total sales target, which is three times the target of 100,000 vehicles this year.

Xing Wenlin, vice president of Great Wall Motors, disclosed at the site of the “Year of Russia Tourism” in China that Great Wall Motor’s overseas KD assembly plant has more than 10 companies. By 2015, there will be 24 overseas KD assembly plants with a designed annual production capacity of 500,000 vehicles. At present, Russia has become the largest overseas market for the Great Wall. In addition to the KD assembly plant with an existing capacity of 20,000, there is currently an assembly plant with a capacity of 50,000 vehicles under construction. It is estimated that in 2015 Great Wall will sell 100,000 vehicles in Russia. .
