Shanghai Longtuo's new Industrial Gas Analyzer/Bursting Fire Analysis Method utilizes different solutions to successively absorb different components of a gas sample, absorbs carbon dioxide in the sample with 40% sodium hydroxide, and uses coke gallic acid. The potassium solution absorbs the oxygen in the sample; the ammoniacal cuprous chloride solution absorbs the carbon monoxide in the sample. The content of each component is then calculated based on the change in volume of the sample before and after absorption. CH4 and H2 were measured by the explosive combustion method, and the remaining gas was N2.
