Uranium mining example - 711 mine trackless mining level stratified filling mining method
I. Geological overview
The deposit belongs to the medium-low temperature hydrothermal volcanic deposit. The ore body is located at the top of the rhyolite, the mineralization is uneven, controlled by lithology and structure, and the shape of the ore body changes greatly. It is an irregular lens body with a length of 30-140 m and a dip angle of 30°-45°. The ore is rhyolite and stable, ƒ=8~12. The upper plate is welded tuff (green layer), soft, ƒ = 6 ~ 8, swell with water, easy to weather and fall; the lower plate is rhyolite, stable, ƒ = 10 ~ 12.
Second, the slope road development. Use the foldback ramp to develop, as shown in Figure 1. From the 170m flat track, the ramp is boring with trackless equipment. It has reached the 110m stage and will continue to extend to the deep. The slope section is 3×2.8m and the slope is 15%-20%.

Third, mining methods. The upper level stratified filling method is adopted for the trackless mining. as shown in picture 2. Trackless mining and mining technology, using L-832C trolley to drill, the depth of the blasthole is 3.5m, the drilling efficiency of the bench is 98.9m; the detonation with the differential electric detonator and the non-conducting blasting tube; the blasting of the ore with LF-4.1 The machine is transported to the mine or directly to the surface; when the transport distance is 60m, the average efficiency of the shift is 160t; the use of the trackless equipment for the prospecting and cutting of the surrounding wall, high efficiency, fast speed, and the stop when looking for the edge The production capacity can reach 2000~3200 tons/month; fill the flat field with the scraper, and the transportation distance is 20~30m. The average hourly filling capacity is 60.2m 3 . The floor of the stope is laid with 18~20cm thick concrete slab, the water-cement ratio is 0.7-0.8, the proportion (weight) cement: sand: gravel = 1:2.2:4.3, the compressive strength after 5.2MPa is 5.2MPa, filling and concrete pad 37.7%. The ventilation speed of the stope is 0.11~0.21m/s. The air volume is 5~6m 3 /min. According to the air volume of the drainage and the rake body, the diesel exhaust gas requirements can be met.
