According to the announcement issued by Guangzhou Automobile Group, the first phase of the joint venture of Sanfang is 1.4 billion yuan, and the project funding source is jointly funded by Guangzhou Automobile Group, Leshi Holdings (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and Zhongcheng Automobile Insurance Co., Ltd. The first investment of 200 million yuan, of which Guangzhou Automobile Group invested 90 million yuan, holding 45%, LeTV Holdings (Beijing) Co., Ltd. invested 80 million yuan, holding 40%, Zhongcheng Auto Insurance Co., Ltd. invested 30 million yuan, holding shares 15%.

The new joint venture aims to create a new automotive business model that will build a diversified eco-sales model based on the Internet. In fact, the new concept of “automobile internet ecosystem” has already been planned by GAC and LeTV. In mid-2015, GAC Group announced that it will launch the automotive internet ecosystem project, including four platforms, including the vehicle e-commerce platform, vehicle life platform, vehicle networking platform and venture capital financing platform.

At the Beijing Auto Show held this year, Le Shi, the vice chairman of LeTV and the co-founder of LeTV Supercar, revealed that LeTV will cooperate with a domestic first-class auto group to develop a new e-commerce model. Zhao Yicheng, senior vice president of LeTV Eco-O2O and head of LeTV Mall, also said at the press conference that LeTV Mall will enter the automotive field and build the world's first eco-type O2O car e-commerce. During the Beijing Auto Show, LeTV's first concept car also made its debut.
