High-low-temperature test chamber filled with nitrogen pressure leak detection method

Refrigerant leakage is the most common cause of uncooled high and low temperature test chambers. In order to recover the normal operating conditions of the equipment, we need to check and leak the equipment. How do you check the nitrogen filling of the high and low temperature test chamber? The pressure method shall firstly connect the nitrogen gas regulator valve to the industrial nitrogen gas cylinder, and then connect the nitrogen gas pressure regulator valve and the refrigeration system pipeline with a pressure gauge. Note that the high pressure part of the pressure gauge connects the low pressure gas return valve of the refrigeration system and all the high pressure valves of the pressure gauge Open, slowly open the nitrogen bottle valve (can not be opened very large), adjust the nitrogen pressure regulator to 3KG pressure slowly add nitrogen, when the gauge pressure reaches 300PSI or so when the first turn off the nitrogen bottle switch is turned off Pressure gauge switch, the high and low temperature test chamber refrigeration system records the pressure after high pressure and low pressure.

The next step is to find the leaked part. First of all, observe whether there are any obvious signs of grease on the piping of the cooling system. Check the part of the piping with the screw connection with soapy water; if the leakage is very small, then we need to use - Bubble Search - Find a piece of sponge and put it in soapy water.

Find the leaked part and repair it according to the situation. Then add the refrigerant to the vacuum pumping system. The commissioning knows that the equipment can operate normally. At this point, the whole pressure check and leakage work is considered to be completely completed.
