Wushan Copper Mine (North Belt) overall reinforced concrete false roof stratified caving mining method
(1) Technical conditions for mining. Wushan Copper Mine is a large-scale mesothermal skarn copper pyrite deposit, consisting of two north-south ore belt. The northern belt is located in the karst, and is distributed in the contact zone between quartz sandstone , marble and dolomite . It consists of three main ore bodies parallel to each other. The ore body is layered or thick, with a strike length of 1500m, an average thickness of 6.3m and a dip angle of 60° to 65°. The ore is broken and soft, contains high sulfur, and has a tendency to spontaneous combustion. The upper plate rock is a highly weathered kaolin and iron cap, and the lower plate rock is quartz sandstone, which is relatively stable. The average copper grade of the upper ore body is close to 4%, and the average above -120m is 1.93%.
(2) Adoption. The stage height is 40m, and the ore body is divided into ore blocks along the strike. The length of the ore block is 50m and the width is the thickness of the ore body. See Figure 21-17 for approval.
In the surrounding rock of the lower part of the ore block, a mineway and a transporting personnel, equipment, materials and ventilation shafts are arranged, and the distance between the two wells is 3 to 5 m. From the lifted patio to each of the tiered tunnels, the upper and lower tiered contact lanes are staggered. The layering height is 2.7m.
(3) Cutting and mining. Tunnel the stratified cutting lane along the lower boundary of the ore body to the boundary of both sides of the ore block, and then dig the cutting path at the boundary of both sides. The stratification is taken back from the two sides of the ore block to the central patio, and the general two-wing approach is simultaneously harvested. The access width is 2.7 m. Whenever the two sides of the nugget are harvested, the bottom is started. The false bottom is 300mm thick reinforced concrete. The concrete is 150° concrete. After the ground is stirred, it is transported by the mine car to the nugget lifting patio opening, discharged to each layer by the ash cylinder, and then transported to the laying place by the loading machine.
