4, the export pressure is too high, interlocking reaction; check the instrument interlocking system;
5, abnormal bite into the pump; after parking, positive and negative reversing confirmation;
6, sticking shaft and bearing stuck. Turn the car to confirm.
(D) high temperature gear pump can not discharge, the cause of the malfunction:
1, the direction of rotation is reversed; confirm the direction of rotation;
2, suction or discharge valve closed; confirm the valve is closed;
3, the entrance without material or pressure is too low; check the valve and pressure gauge;
4, viscosity is too high, high temperature gear pump can not bite material. Check the liquid viscosity, low-speed operation by the speed ratio of the flow rate appears, if the flow, the inflow is insufficient.
