The SMX-1000/SMX-1000L employs an FPD (digital flat panel detector) and a closed microfocus X-ray tube to provide clear images without distortion and ghosting. The CCD camera on the device can take physical pictures of the samples to realize navigation functions, step functions, teaching functions, image data functions, and various measurement functions.

If you add VCT components (options) to your device, CT images can also be easily obtained.

Applications The SMX-1000/SMX-1000L can perform high-magnification inspections of non-destructive inspection methods on the bonding state (open circuit, short-circuit) of high-density mounting boards and ultra-fine parts such as BGA, CSP, and system LSI.

Various measurement functions >> Size measurement It is possible to measure the distance, angle, and arc between two points. In the past, each image has to be calibrated in size.
